When you are on shift or scheduled for a group prenatal or mandated to attend a meeting or professional development workshop it is crucial that you prioritize these above all else. The reason we are offering shift work is so that you can move about your life with certainty and flexibility. Whether you are on call as first doula or second (backup) doula it is absolutely necessary that you are available and accessible at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination.
